In this role, I spearheaded the integration of multiple third-party services by implementing both OAuth and key-based authentication methods. A significant part of my work involved querying large databases to extract metrics essential for customer billing, and I successfully implemented a new billing cycle module into the SKC platform. I engineered a signed call mechanism to bridge Salesforce and Cobalt CRM via CleverTap and developed a proxy UI to seamlessly handle these calls, significantly improving our CRM integration. Furthermore, I empowered our customers by creating public workflows, which allowed them to design and manage their own automated processes within our system.
